The 777, 747 and Airbus Collections are in no way endorsed by Boeing, Airbus, or any of their affiliates and are provided primarily for entertainment purposes.

The author of the Pro MFD Applications, assumes no liability for damages caused to any devices by use of these programs, but is more than willing to assist in situations where Pro MFD may be suspected to have caused problems.

Licensing

Multiple copies of Pro MFD are allowed in a single simulator, with a single purchase, but copies may not be used in multiple simulators or flight environments.

The Pro MFD instruments are not to be used in a commercial capacity. These programs are provided as add-ons to the Microsoft Game - Flight Simulator 98/2000/2K2, and are not meant for real world training or flight.

Commercial Use

The Pro MFD displays bear no certifications from the FAA or any other Federal or private agencies. They should not be used for actual flight or real world training. The author cannot guarantee authenticity or accuracy of these displays, and assumes no liability or fault for use of these displays for flight training or real world flight/navigation.

The author of these applications assumes no liability for use of these programs in an inappropriate manner, including real world training, acts of terrorism, aircraft familiarization, or other use of any of the contained information for "real world'' purposes. The author also reserves the right to refuse sales of these displays to individuals or agencies that may seem to have suspicious motives.

Copyright Infringement

These displays are created on tangent with other gauges available for Microsoft Flight simulator, and should therefore be categorized with them in regards to copyrights. The author doesn't intended to infringe on any professional or personal copyrights, but has simply intended to provide an enhancement to a home based flight simulator game.

The money that is charged for these applications is being used to fund the simulator project of the authors. The total profits from these applications are quite low and no commercial markets will be pursued without prior permission from the proper agencies.

Accuracy

Most of the information and functionality in these applications has been instantiated based on "common-sense" and input from varioususers. For this reason, the accuracy of these applications cannot be guaranteed.

The data received from FSUIPC is in an unconverted form, and conversion factors were created by the author based on trial and error. Although the values have been tested for functionality and accuracy, they cannot be guaranteed in all situations, especially where extreme numbers are reached.

Some functionality was intentionally omitted, in various displays, for proprietary purposes.

Distribution

Unauthorized distribution of this program or use of these displays in an unregistered simulator is strictly prohibited. I can only ask your fairness in complying with this rule as this project has taken a select number of individuals many years to complete. This is a personal project to fund our simulators so your support is highly appreciated.

Under NO circumstances may this software be uploaded to any web servers or distributed via any distributive media (i.e. - CD, ZIP disk/file, mass e-mail), without prior express written permission from the author. The distribution area of this software will be HIGHLY monitored for purposes of national security, and therefore MUST not be distributed by others without express written permission from the author of Pro MFD.

FSUIPC

FSUIPC is used by these applications to send/receive data from Microsoft Flight Simulator. You must accept the terms of use for FSUIPC before using these applications. The author of The Pro MFD Collections assumes no liability for usage of FSUIPC. If you do not accept the terms of use for FSUIPC, you should not use any of the Pro MFD applications.

Upgrades

Users of the professional Pro MFD collections are entitled to free upgrades to their respective applications as they become available. Rare exceptions may be made if major displays or systems are added. The author makes no guarantee that registered users will be informed of updates, but it should be expected.

The author reserves the right to release software upgrades with or without additional cost, without consent or notification of users. Users will generally be notified of all upgrades.

User Tracking

Upon downloading any of these applications, a permanent record of your I.P. address will be documented. In the event of a legal incident, all I.P. addresses will be immediately surrendered to the necessary agencies as evidence.

The author of Pro MFD will not be responsible for conducting background checks of potential or existing customers, but will use their best judgement in the assessment of individuals who may utilize these programs in a manner that may prove contrary to the safety of aviation. No spyware is used to track the continuing existence of the Pro MFD displays, but unique passwords are required for any computer attempting to use the displays, which should prevent pirating.
