Here are some more parts that I have been able to obtain. The second photo is an FCES panel from an L-1011 which contains 12 Korry switches. These are the same size as the MCP switches and are engraved "On / Fail". The last photo contains ALL types of switches... Korry, Eaton and Jayel. They are all designed for rear mounting.

Here is what the mounting frame of the Audio Control Panel looks like. Notice the 7/64" Holes drilled diagonally with each hole. The panel being modified is from Peter Cos's newest backlightable 777 kit!

It took an entire day to convert this single panel from a 757 Audio Control Panel! Each rotary on this panel requires 3 precisely placed holes (created with a drill press - total of 30 holes), and when mounted they end up being COMPLETELY flush with the Miyama pushbuttons. This means that a 1 mm error could have been disastrous. The receiver rotaries had to be mounted 90 degrees to the right to provide vertical space for the Miyamas and LEDs. The Korry EVAC annunciator has been mounted to the new panel as well.
