Prototype Z (Photos 7):
July 13, 2002

I was VERY excited to get these radio displays installed today. The
displays are made from a stipped down GF-166 from Go
Flight, in remote mount configuration. They were very easy to install, and I was
actually able to affix most of the parts to the panel using electrical tape. The
electrical tape also makes a great light mask, so it serves that purpose as well.

Here are the displays mounted in the sim. I must have spent an hour
sitting in the sim just changing the radios! The interface between the radios and MSFS is
bi-directional. So if something else changes the radios in the sim (including the co-pilot
radio panel), the GF-166 will update instantly.
