Sim Spares was started to help aspiring flight sim builders locate real aircraft parts for their projects. One of the most common questions that veteran simmers are asked is, "where did you find your parts?" Many used aircraft parts are VERY expensive when sold by major dealers, but periodically a priceless part becomes available for pennies! We hope to make these parts available to sim builders so that they can save hundreds and enhance their sims to fantastic levels!

I would like to clarify that the objective of this web site is to help get parts to simmers, and not to make a profit. We ask that people do not buy parts to "flip" for profit. That's just unfair, and it defeats the whole purpose of this web site. We also ask that readers respect the cost of real aircraft parts and understand that some stuff can be dirt cheap while other stuff can be quite expensive.

Also remember that these are "junk" parts, and anything sold here should automatically be assumed to be non-airworthy and non-certified unless otherwise specified. We sincerely hope that everyone can benefit from this site, and we always appreciate feedback, comments, and criticisms (good and bad) from visitors!
